With your best interest in mind, and to be pro-active in limiting the spread of the covid, influenza and other viruses, we ask that you follow our strict guidelines.

WELL-PATIENT VISITS: We ask that our healthy patients in need of a routine physical exam or have an injury, to please Register Online at HilltopMedicalClinic.com and we will call you to let you know when to head on in to the Clinic.
Masks are MANDATORY in our Clinic, NO exceptions!
POTENTIALLY CONTAGIOUS ILLNESS: Anyone presenting with Respiratory symptoms such as cough, shortness-of-breath, body aches and fever, please be sure to register online at HilltopMedicalClinic.com and we will have a Provider call you for a Telemedicine visit over the phone. We are not allowing sick/ill patients in our Clinic at this time. The Provider may have you come by the office for lab testing. If that occurs, call when you arrive in the parking lot, please remain in your vehicle and our nurse will come out to you to gather the specimen.
SIGN IN ON LINE – We highly recommend using this convenience. If you are an established patient or if you are a new patient, use our online sign in to save you waiting time.
WAIT TIME – We understand your time is valuable. Please call us and we will provide you with an “approximate” wait time and a best time to arrive at the clinic. This will minimize you lobby waiting time, thus minimizing proximity with other patients.
PLEASE NOTE: We continue to ask the following:
1. If you have any signs of illness such as fever, dry cough, or difficulty breathing, we will have you seen via telemedicine. Do not drive to the Clinic unless the Provider advises you to do so. Please remain at home.
