Do you take Medicare-MediCal Patients?
No. We are a Non-Participating provider on MediCare and do not have a provider number with MediCal. We do not accept assignment and therefore cannot see patients with these two insurances together.

NO. Unfortunately we do not have a MediCal Provider Number, therefore cannot see MediCal patients.
Yes, but we are not on assignment with Medicare. We can see Medicare patients, however, they must pay Medicare rates at the time of service. We will then submit the claim and Medicare will respond directly to you. Please see our Medicare Policy Page.
Please contact the office that provided the service.
Our insurance contracts are changing frequently, so it is important to inquire about contract status with each visit. If we do not have a contract with your company, the cash price for a new patient is 150 dollars, and for an established patient 140. Based on your policy you may be able to recover a portion of that cost by forwarding your superbill to your company.
Yes. We require payment of co pay and/or deductible amounts.
We bill most insurances as a courtesy to our patients.
A cash price for a typical visit is 140-150 dollars. Extensive circumstances may increase this amount. Lab testing, X-rays, injections, or other services may add additional charges.
Our office policy is to request payment at the time of service, if you do not have insurance, or if your insurance requires a co payment or deductible payment. We take Master Charge, Visa and Discover card, ATM's and also offer "holding" a Post Dated check up to 3 weeks -if you arrange this prior to the visit.
Yes. Your charges will be based on our cash price and you will be asked to pay at the time of service. HTMC does not artificially inflate the cash paying price, so you will receive good care at a reasonable cost. Your insurance company will reimburse you based on your contract (often 50% of charges after co payment and deductible amounts).
