Dear Patients, Shane Swanson, M.D. has recently submitted his Application to perform USCIS Immigration Physicals. If his Approval to perform the I-693 examinations is not received by 7/30/2023, we will NOT be able to perform them until we do receive his Approval. On your date of service, our Providers may issue Refills on medications as they deem necessary to get you "through a determined amount of time". If you have ran out of those Refills, then you will need to recheck with your Primary Care Physician (PCP) or sign-in online to recheck with one of our Providers.
