Dear Patients,
Shane Swanson, M.D. has recently submitted his Application to perform USCIS Immigration Physicals. If his Approval to perform the I-693 examinations is not received by 7/30/2023, we will NOT be able to perform them until we do receive his Approval.
Our other Staff Physician, Mark Pierce, M.D., who is approved to do them, will no longer be available on our schedule after 7/31/2023.
We hope this unfortunate situation will be resolved soon. It now depends on the US Citizen and Immigration Services processing.
