We are now performing Immigration Physicals again effective 12/8/2023.
We are very happy to announce that USCIS Homeland Security has Approved Doctor’s Rodney Phillips and Shane Swanson to perform Immigration Examinations (the i-693 Form). Please check our online Provider’s Schedule, here on our website, for the days they are on duty. On a day either of these Doctors are working, Phillips or Swanson, Sign-in Online as early as possible to secure one of the 4 Appointments each will have available.
Our Register Online sign-in tab is here on our website and it opens at 7am. When we receive your online sign-in, we will call you & offer the Appointment time we have available. Our Appointment times will be 10 am, 11am, 12pm, and 1pm. We perform one physical each hour per USCIS Physician on duty that day. We do not make appointments for other days in the future, appointments are only available by signing-in online the day either of these providers are scheduled to get an Appointment.
