Cigna EBMS Health Net (TriCare) – Term’d 12/17/2024 Humana – Term’d 9/30/2024 United Healthcare (GEHA, UMR & Medicare Advantage Plans) – Term’d since 2022. For these Non-Network Insurances, you may still be seen at Hilltop Medical Clinic, but you would need to pay-in-full, at the time of service. Please Note: Hilltop Medical Clinic is not Federal, State or County funded. We are a privately owned entity. Contracting with insurances is our lifeline to remaining open in our community.
