We are very happy to announce that USCIS Homeland Security has Approved Doctor's Rodney Phillips and Shane Swanson to perform Immigration Examinations (the i-693 Form). Please check our online Provider's Schedule, here on our website, for the days they are on duty. Dear Patients, Shane Swanson, M.D. has recently submitted his Application to perform USCIS Immigration Physicals. If his Approval to perform the I-693 examinations is not received by 7/30/2023, we will NOT be able to perform them until we do receive his Approval. Our other Staff Physician, Mark Pierce, M.D., who is approved to do them, will no longer be available on our schedule after 7/31/2023. We hope this unfortunate situation will be resolved soon.
