Our office policy is to request payment at the time of service, if you do not have insurance, or if your insurance requires a co payment or deductible payment. We take Master Charge, Visa and Discover card, ATM's and also offer "holding" a Post Dated check up to 3 weeks -if you arrange this prior to the visit.
Yes. Your charges will be based on our cash price and you will be asked to pay at the time of service. HTMC does not artificially inflate the cash paying price, so you will receive good care at a reasonable cost. Your insurance company will reimburse you based on your contract (often 50% of charges after co payment and deductible amounts).
No. We are a walk-in only, no appointments necessary.
No,, but we do allow established patients to sign-in over the phone if they are on their way in. New patients may do the same -Please see the information on the Registration Page.
