PLEASE NOTE: You must arrive within 30 minutes of your on-line check in time to keep your on-line check in time slot. If you show up after the 30 minutes time period you will be given the arrival time of walking into the clinic. Online check in time that is more than 30 minutes before our clinic opens will not be accepted. Patients must arrive no later than 5pm Monday through Friday, and 4:30pm Sat-Sun regardless of website check-in time.  Additionally, if either office is extremely busy with long wait times, the Physicians may decide to stop signing in patients earlier than our posted closing times.   Therefore, if you know you are needing to be seen PLEASE do so at the earliest time possible.  Call either Office if you have any questions.
