All copay and/or deductibles are due at the time of your service. The balance is paid by your insurance company.
To avoid delay and errors in processing your insurance claim, each time you check-in at Hilltop Medical Clinic please update your insurance and contact information. If you have primary and secondary insurances, please make sure they have correct coordination of your benefits.
If your insurance has not processed your claim within 30 days, please contact your insurance company.
