Our Billing Office would like to remind our patients with insurance(s)~

Upon check in at Hilltop Medical Clinic it is very important to provide your current insurance information as well as your most accurate contact information. All copay and/or deductibles will be due at the time of your service. If your insurance has not responded on your claim in a timely manner (30 days), it is recommended that you contact your insurance. If you have a primary and secondary insurance please make sure they have your updated coordination of benefits correct, this will help tremendously to avoid any delay in claims processing.
