Is HTMC a participating provider for my insurance company?

Our insurance contracts are changing frequently, so it is important to enquire about contract status with each visit.  If we do not have a contract with your company, the cash price for a new patient is 130 dollars, and for an established patient 120.  Based on your policy you may be able to recover a portion of that cost by forwarding your superbill to your company.

Will I be required to pay anything at the time of service?

Our office policy is to request payment at the time of service, if you do not have insurance, or if your insurance requires a co payment or deductible payment. We take Master Charge, Visa and Discover card, ATM's and also offer "holding" a Post Dated check up to 3 weeks -if you arrange this prior to the visit.

If you are not a provider for my insurance company, can I still come to the Clinic for medical care?

Yes. Your charges will be based on our cash price and you will be asked to pay at the time of service. HTMC does not artificially inflate the cash paying price, so you will receive good care at a reasonable cost. Your insurance company will reimburse you based on your contract (often 50% of charges after co payment and deductible amounts).

PLEASE NOTE: You must arrive within 30 minutes of your on-line check in time to keep your on-line check in time slot. If you show up after the 30 minutes time period you will be given the arrival time of walking into the clinic. Online check in time that is more than 30 minutes before our clinic opens will not be accepted.
